Our team at Tesoro expertly fuses traditional Italian cuisine with Tasmania’s local produce.

We champion local produce, thoughtful craftsmanship, and uncomplicated dining done well. In true Italian style, we value humble, uncomplicated food; delicious, punchy flavour; quality, local produce, low food miles and low food waste. We’ve become amici with the artisans, mingled with the makers and gathered with the growers to find just what we need to bring our menu to life.

My partner and I had the best meals here and we cant wait to go back. Food is beautiful, the service is superb and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Can't wait to take my son here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We visited on a Monday evening and the food was excellent. Especially the mango margarita and garlic pizza starter.Unfortunately, the service didn't quite match the quality of the food. We often found it difficult to get the attention of staff when needed despite them walking past us multiple times. We also felt that the welcome on arrival could have been warmer. The man at the front desk, who appeared to be a manager, came across as rather cold and unapproachable, which wasn't the best first impression.The dining area also felt a little cramped, with tables positioned quite close together, which reduced the sense of privacy and comfort.Overall, the food was good but the service and dining experience has room for improvement.
