Restaurant & Bar Manager - Jozef Uhlarik
Jozef Uhlarik brings years of hospitality experience to Hobart’s dining scene, having managed some amazing restaurants in both Australia and the UK. Jozef most recently led the team at Hobart’s The Glass House to win ‘Cocktail Bar of the Year Tasmania’ in 2019 and is now Tesoro’s ‘go-to’ Tasmanian wine and spirits expert.
