Not long after being honoured with a Gold medal at the 2023 Tasmanian Hospitality Awards for Excellence in October, Tesoro Hobart has once again secured its place as a Finalist in the 'Hotel Restaurant' category at the esteemed 2023 HM Awards for Hotel and Accommodation Excellence!
From an exceptionally talented pool of contenders spanning Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, Tesoro’s Sous Chef, Ted Lee, has earned a Finalist spot in the ‘Hotel Chef’ Category, and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Mateo Palacio, has been nominated in the ‘Food & Beverage Associate’ Category. The HM Awards stand out as the premier industry accolades in the region, recognising excellence in properties, departments, individuals, chains, and brands across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. This year, nearly 50 awards will be presented across various categories to properties and talents in the region.
