The Off Season Chef's Winter Road Trip

In celebration of the wonder of The Off Season, Chef Glen Tilly and the team at award-winning Tesoro have curated a special edition Winter Chef's Road Trip dinner menu that explores the best of Tasmanian winter produce.

Indulge in 4-courses of locally sourced goodies from around the island, with the option to pair with Tassie wines.

Before each course, the team will go through the origin of each ingredient on our foodie map of Tasmania.
