Ruggero elevates it with house-made sundried tomato butter and a generous spread of fiery ‘nduja. Baked on high heat in a stone oven, the Tasmanian sourdough base—crafted with a 4.5-year-old starter – delivers a crisp yet airy bite that pairs beautifully with a glass of Tassie red.

Crafted from his family recipe from Puglia, Tesoro’s Linguini Pomodoro layers gently simmered heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil into a velvety sauce that clings to perfectly cooked pasta. Topped with delicate and smooth stracciatella, it’s a comforting, authentic vegetarian option that warms from the inside out.
