Linguini Pomodoro with Heirloom Tomatoes, Basil & Stracciatella
For Ruggero, this dish is personal. Crafted from his family recipe from Puglia, Tesoro’s Linguini Pomodoro layers gently simmered heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil into a velvety sauce that clings to perfectly cooked pasta.
