Head Chef – Glen Tilly
Glen has led the Tesoro kitchen team for a number of years. Passionate about Hobart’s dining scene and Tasmania’s dazzling local produce, you’ll often find Glen at the nearby markets scouting for what is new and in season for Tesoro’s menus.

Restaurant Manager – Jay Thapa
Jay has spent over a decade in the food and beverage industries, gaining a wealth of experience managing industry-leading hotel restaurants in both Nepal and Australia.
He is passionate about the wine and whiskey menus at Tesoro, which highlight the diversity and quality of drinks produced right in our own backyard. You can also count on Jay as Tesoro’s resident expert on Tasmanian gin and tonic.
