A delizioso Italian twist on a traditional Christmas Day menu, get together with the famiglia for a sumptuous buffet featuring smoked salmon, kingfish crudo, chilled poached prawns, Tasmanian cheese, Christmas ham, sliced turkey and more.
Then it’s time to feast family-style with dishes served to your table including Tesoro’s famous garlic and rosemary focaccia, Tasmanian oysters, spinach and ricotta stuffed crepes and beautiful local Wild Clover lamb, slow roasted with rosemary, fennel & orange and served with fennel puree, duck fat potatoes and jus.
And of course, Christmas dessert with a Italian twist. Enjoy Struffoli, a classic Italian dessert comprising of sweet and sticky honey balls, then lemon & honey semifreddo with Tasmanian berries to cool off a hot Tasmanian Christmas.
Little guests will also have their own Christmas Kids Menu to choose from, with their own hot dish, dessert and ice cream.
