Begin with a complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival, before indulging in a stunning cold buffet featuring smoked salmon, kingfish crudo, chilled poached prawns, Tasmanian cheese, Christmas ham, sliced turkey and more.
Then feast family-style with dishes served to your table: Tesoro’s famous garlic and rosemary focaccia, Tasmanian oysters, spinach and ricotta stuffed cannelloni, and beautiful local Wild Clover lamb, slow roasted with rosemary, fennel and orange, served with fennel purée, duck fat potatoes and lamb jus.
To finish, Christmas dessert with an Italian classic. Struffoli, an Italian honey ball dessert, followed by chocolate semifreddo with fresh Tasmanian berries to close.
