At the award-winning Tesoro, Head Chef Glen Tilly and the team invite you on a culinary journey through the richness of a Tasmanian winter—served with a generous side of Italian warmth and hospitality.
Co-hosted by Nocton Vineyard, this special night will include guided wine pairings and insider stories behind each pour—bringing depth, flavour, and personality to every dish.
Begin your experience with a delicate scallop crudo and house-made sourdough focaccia, served alongside a traditional method sparkling wine. From there, explore a journey of refined antipasti, seafood-forward entrées, and hearty mains, each thoughtfully matched with standout vintages including Pinot Noir, Chenin Blanc, and Gamay. Conclude the evening on a sweet note with a roast pear cannoli and a luscious late harvest dessert wine.
