For our Pinot and Pasta offer, we’re pouring a rotating selection of Tasmanian Pinot Noirs. These wines are chosen for how beautifully they pair with handmade pasta and rich winter flavours.
Tasmania is widely recognised for producing elegant, cool-climate Pinot Noir. As a result, these wines bring bright fruit, gentle spice and silky texture to the table.
Meanwhile, their natural balance and lively acidity work beautifully with comforting pasta dishes. Together, good Pinot and handmade pasta makes for a perfect combination for this Off Season.
